What we collect
When you use the enquiry or estimate form, we collect:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address, if you give one
- your postcode
- your message
- your answers to the estimate questions, when you use the guide estimate — the kind of property, the work, how many storeys, how many faces, the hire period, the access, and whether the guide includes VAT. Those answers are included in the message we receive.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interests in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who else handles it
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes the form contents on to our email. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep it for 12 months, unless it becomes a job, in which case it is kept as part of our business records.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object or restrict use. Contact us at [email protected].
Complaints
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), ico.org.uk.
